Tofazzal Hossain Obituary-Death News; Police Identify Victim In Deadly Bus Crash
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal tour bus crash on I-490 as 38-year-old Tofazzal Hossain, a resident of Bangladesh. Hossain was initially hospitalized in critical condition following the crash but passed away later that night.
The accident left 27 others injured, including the bus driver, who was thrown from the vehicle through the windshield. By the time emergency responders arrived, the driver was reportedly assisting passengers with first aid. He has since been cited for multiple violations, including fatigued driving, speeding, making an unsafe lane change, and not wearing a seat belt.
