Ryan M. Menkins Obituary-Death News; In Loving Memory Of Personal Trainer Ryan Michael Menkins Passes Away At 35
Following a brief illness, Ryan M. Menkins, age 35, died quietly at Chester County Hospital on Monday, November 11, 2024. The lives of those who knew and loved him are profoundly empty as a result of his demise.
Rachael Jacob, Ryan’s devoted lifelong girlfriend with whom he had many treasured experiences, is his surviving spouse. His daughter Audrey Fleck, whom he loved dearly, was his greatest source of pride and happiness.
Additionally, he departs from his devoted parents, Michael and Mary (Karkoska) Menkins, who have raised and supported him all of his life. Ryan loved being a loving uncle to his nephew Mikey and nieces Lilly, Mari, and Rosie. He also had a close relationship with his brother Daniel Menkins, who was Paige’s husband.
His extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins, mourn his loss and hold his memory close. Ryan was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School, Class of 2007, where he excelled both academically and athletically.
He was a proud member of the wrestling and football teams, where he developed lasting friendships and a competitive spirit that stayed with him throughout his life.
An avid sports fan, Ryan was a die-hard supporter of Philadelphia’s teams—the Eagles, Sixers, and Phillies—and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer them on. He enjoyed the camaraderie of Fantasy Baseball and Football and had an enthusiastic, thoughtful approach to discussing politics, always ready for a spirited debate.
Beyond his love for sports, Ryan was an outdoor enthusiast who found peace in nature through hunting and fishing. He was also passionate about fitness, dedicating time to lifting weights and earning certification as a Personal Trainer.
Friends and family admired his deep Christian faith and strong devotion to Jesus, a faith that guided him and inspired those around him. Known for his infectious laughter and warm sense of humor, Ryan had an incredible gift for bringing joy to others, always eager to make those around him laugh and smile.
Ryan is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Karkoska, and his paternal grandparents, William and Marian Menkins. Though they have gone before him, his family takes comfort in the knowledge that he is reunited with them in eternal peace.
