Jace Srur Obituary-Death News; 34-Year-Old Dilworth, Minn Man Jace SrurDied in Hunting Accident
One man was struck by a bullet while hunting over the weekend and had life-threatening, non-survivable injuries. The victim of the hunting tragedy has been identified as Jace Srur, 34, of Dilworth, Minnesota.
On November 9, just before 8:00 a.m., officials were dispatched to the 4600 block of 90th Avenue North in Moorhead to investigate claims that a man had been shot while hunting. When police arrived, they discovered Srur with a gunshot wound to the head. According to officials, Srur was hit by a stray bullet fired by a member of his hunting party.
Sanford Ambulance provided life-saving efforts, and Srur was taken to Sanford Hospital by airmen. The deadly incident left Srur’s family devastated. Law enforcement agencies in Clay County were called to the scene of an accident. The victim was confirmed dead at the scene.
