Jack Hankee Cause of Death Pennsylvania: Southern Lehigh Middle School Assistant Principal, Jack Hankee Dies Suddenly

An online obituary on Sunday, October 20, 2024, announced the sudden death of Jack Hankee. However, his cause of death was not immediately mentioned.

Mr. Hankee was Southern Lehigh Middle School Assistant Principal. He will be sorely missed by family, friends, staff, students and the general Southern Lehigh community.

Jack’s educational background includes an administrative certification from the California University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor’s degree in secondary mathematics from Kutztown University, and a master’s degree in “Technology for Educators” from DeSales University.

With a focus on grades 9–12, Jack has 18 years of experience teaching secondary education at all levels, including alternative education through exceptional mathematics classes. As a PLC facilitator, he has also had the privilege of collaborating with educators on data analysis and best teaching techniques.

At Louis E. Dieruff High School, where he served as Dean of Students for three years, he began his administrative career. In addition, he had 10 years of experience coaching soccer and cross-country, which gave him a unique opportunity to interact with the community, kids, and school.
