Communities in Lebanon, Dry Ridge, Louisville, Carrollton, and Warsaw, Kentucky, are in grief following the untimely death of a nurse practitioner, a wife, and a cherished mother of three who died in an accident this week.
Jessica Michelle Black worked for Triad Health Systems Inc., located at 441 US Highway 42 W, Warsaw, KY, as a nurse practitioner and family physician. Reports state that on Monday, November 11, 2024, Adam Black’s devoted wife passed away in an accident.
According to a statement from a distraught family member, Jessica was an incredible mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. She was also a screaming hockey mom, a full-force cheer and gymnastics parent, and an impeccable, professional nurse practitioner.
She was the mastermind behind all holiday/birthday magic and the first in line to support any endeavor her kids wanted to pursue.
She loved fiercely and she was never afraid to speak her mind. She always valued the importance of quality time and family time over all things. She gave and gave the gift of herself and of her time, always making sure people felt loved and cared for.
Her husband, Adam Black, and her children, Saoirse, Maddy, and Forrest were the center of her world and her loss is a huge void in their (and all of our) hearts.
