Daniel Hughes Cause of Death Triton: Beloved member of Iowa Central Community College dance team, Daniel Hughes dies suddenly
An online obituary on Thursday, October 17, 2024, announced the sudden death of Daniel Hughes. However, his cause of death was not immediately mentioned.
Daniel James Hughes will be remembered as a brother, a son, a friend, a cousin, a soon-to-be uncle, and so much more. He loved dancing ever since he was little and made it his passion and life’s work to pursue a career in the dancing arts.
Every room he walked into, he filled with light, wit, and plenty of attitude, and oh, couldn’t forget sarcasm. He always knew he was loved and loved his family and friends. He was a proud Triton at Iowa Central Community College on a scholarship for dance. He was happy doing what he loved with people he had come to love (Triton Dance Team).
He would want to dance with his favorite companion, Tank. Tank was his best friend in dog form, who also struck us by his loss just last year.
Few people could have predicted when Iowa Central was founded in 1966 that this rather small college in Iowa would eventually gain national recognition and be ranked among the top universities in the state. These days, Iowa Central provides students with more than 100 majors and a vast array of student activities, making it a more affordable and rewarding option than four-year universities.
For excellent experiential learning, you can choose to attend classes at any of their five campus locations in Fort Dodge, Storm Lake, or Webster City. Additionally, many of our students find that Iowa Central’s online courses offer a flexible substitute for distance learning.
